12-YEAR-OLD “RAPUNZEL” HAS NEVER CUT HER HAIR

Natasha Moraes de Andrade is 12 years old and has never, ever cut her hair!

Her hair is 5’2, and Natasha is only 5’4. Can you imagine having hair that came down to your ankles??

Of course, she quickly got the nickname “Rapunzel” as her hair got longer and longer. But even for this Rapunzel, her hair has gotten too long.

Her hair takes a full hour and a half just to brush every day, and her family spends $600 every year on shampoo! Natasha explained, “I love my long hair and I’ll be sad when it’s gone. But it’s a pain looking after it. I can’t do a lot of things, like P.E. lessons at school.”

Does she have the longest hair ever? Nope, that record goes to a Chinese girl, Xie Quiping, whose hair is over 18’5 long!
